OUR UPDATE: We have now had a professional company sanitize our entire restaurant and storage facilities. All exposed staff in the kitchen tested for COVID-19 have come back negative. They will continue to self-isolate for the required 14-day term. Our student staff member who had tested positive is doing well and is feeling better each day.
I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for the overwhelming words of love and support. This process has been quite emotional and I cannot stress how much your messages have meant to our team, my family and myself. We are blessed to have such a strong and supportive community. Thank you.
We continue to choose to stay closed until the 14-day isolation term is over. We plan to re-open on Thursday April 15, 2021 for take-out only as our province is currently in a lockdown phase. Our hours of operation will be Thursday to Sunday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

Hello there. Happy Easter to all.
We have made every effort this past year to ensure our staff and customers work and dine in a safe place. We have developed strict protocols, screening practices, installed dining & working barriers and have a vigorous sanitization schedule.
Despite all of these efforts we regret to inform you that one of our part-time students who works in the kitchen has recently tested positive for COVID-19. The source of their contact is known and is from an exposure outside of the restaurant. They are doing ok and are isolating at home. They last worked Sunday March 28, 2021.
We are a small restaurant with a small staff. Although all our staff wear PPE, frequently hand wash and are screened at the start of each shift, we have decided out of an abundance of caution that it is best to close our restaurant until further notice, in order to allow our entire Back of House staff the time to get tested and self-isolate. This will also give us the time to fully deep sanitize our restaurant.
It is important to us to ensure we work and dine in a safe environment. We have been in communication with our Health inspectors and Public Health. Although we are not required to close our restaurant, we have chosen to do so as a pre-caution to ensure we are working in an environment that is 100% safe for all.
We apologize to those who have ordered Prime Rib Easter Dinner with us. We regret to inform that we will not be able to fulfill your order. We will be in direct contact with each of you.
